Epic Showcases Fortnite Season 3 Battle Pass Content

You can complete all 30 tiers to unlock all the items, which Epic estimates to take around 75-150 hours. The third season of the game is the next big update that's expected, and it will introduce an entirely new way to play it: in space. Along with a new Battle Pass and tons of new cosmetic items, there's at least one new feature coming down the pike. That's because according to Epic, Fortnite Season 3 will have 30 extra tiers of rewards compared to season 2. Thankfully, when Epic Games made a decision to take out the gun, a replacement was provided with a bang - the Impulse Grenade.

The Fortnite team broke down what Season 3 will bring us, and there are a lot of new things coming to Battle Royale.

You can pick up the Battle Pass for 950 V-Bucks, which is around $10/ £7.99, or you can buy the new Battle Bundle which gets you the Battle Pass and 25 tiers (2800 V-Bucks), at a 40% discount.

Most notably, some of the best multi-platform games have yet to be ported to the Switch, but this week, game journalist and frequent leaker Marcus Sellars claimed on Twitter that both Fortnite and Diablo 3 are Switch-bound. The main issues that have come with this new update include the lag and audio delay in which some gamers are saying that the game is actually unplayable. And you can level up even faster by knocking out the in-game daily challenges too. The cartoony action game exploded in popularity when the developers added a 100-player Battle Royale multiplayer mode past year.

Epic Games just revealed what's ahead when hostilities for Season 3 Battle Pass of Fortnite: Battle Royale begins. From now on, you can only buy it with the games V-Bucks. Update 3.0.0 lets you "place structures right through large objects, meaning you can now build pretty much anywhere at anytime".

We know already, for instance, that Epic is nerfing the Double Pump shotgun to stop a very specific exploit found by fans.

Pump shotguns have a long reload time to balance out their high damage, but some players have bypassed this by quickly switching between weapons.

One of the most welcome changes is the ability to "build through stuff".

"Spring It On" was previously mentioned in a blog post but little else is known about the upcoming event.
