The Sixers drafted Okafor third overall in the 2015 NBA Draft and he averaged 17.5 points and 7.0 rebounds over 53 games while earning first-team All-NBA Rookie team honors during his first season.

The Philadelphia 76ers have agreed to trade center Jahlil Okafor to the Brooklyn Nets, according to ESPN's Zach Lowe.

The 21-year-old appeared in just two games this season, totaling 10 points and nine rebounds in 25 minutes.

Philadelphia 76ers center Jahlil Okafor (8) drives to the basket against New Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday (11) during the National Basketball Association game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the New Orleans Pelicans at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA.

At minimum, starting or coming off the bench, Okafor should play a fair amount for the Nets. The two-year deal he signed with Brooklyn in 2016 for just over $18 million is up at the end of the 2017-18 campaign.

Stauskas has played in six games for the 76ers on the year. Noel was visably upset at the center logjam that caused him to only play 8 minutes in one game.

Stauskas has appeared in six games off of the Sixers' bench and has averaged 7.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game during his four-year National Basketball Association career. After waiting for both to get healthy, Philly now sits in the 5th seed in the Eastern Conference and could make the playoffs for the first time since the 2011-2012 season.
