Glassdoor just released its top 100 US -based companies to work for next year.

The job-hunting website on Wednesday released its list of top large companies to work for, as voted by employees. Since we cover technology over here at TechCrunch, we broke out the top 10 tech companies from the list.

Paylocity Holding Corporation (Nasdaq:PCTY), a provider of payroll and human capital management (HCM) software solutions, has been recognized as the #29 Best Place to Work in the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award.

Looking for a new job in 2018? Gallo will be honored with the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award. To be eligible, a company had to have at least 75 approved reviews from US -based employees submitted between November 1, 2016, and October 22, 2017, with a minimum 3.5 percent overall company rating and a minimum 2.5 across workplace factor ratings (career opportunities, compensation & benefits, culture & values, senior management and work/life balance) during the eligibility period. The final list is compiled based on Glassdoor's proprietary algorithm, which takes into account quantity, quality, and consistency of reviews.

The Employees' Choice Awards program, now in its 10 year, relies exclusively on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor.
