You Can Grab Watch Dogs For Free On Uplay Starting Tomorrow

After the commercial success of WatchDogs 2 a year ago this month, Ubisoft made a decision to give Watch Dogs Free through UPlay For A limited time for members of their UPlay service. Free gaming come-up.

You don't even have been a member of Uplay for a prescribed length of time; you can sign up right now to get this freebie. Watch Dogs is decent, but as the first entry into the series it's still trying to find its niche and its style, and as a result it's a little bland and all too repetitive.

Well, the short of it is that Ubisoft's open-world, hacking, shooting, adventure was an under-appreciated experience.

Watch Dogs is now available on Steam for $29.99, so whatever your thoughts on protagonist Aiden Pearce, the Grand Theft Auto-meets-hacking gameplay, and Uplay in general, this seems like a pretty good deal.

Either way, you'll have plenty of time to claim it, since the promotion runs through November 13. That's all that needs to be done, redeeming it will give you access to Watch Dogs for free, forever.

Watch Dogs released on 27 May 2014.

While Watch Dogs wasn't the popular smash hit Ubisoft were hoping for it did have a sequel released that released to a much more positive critical reception. It's got to be through Ubisoft's own games platform, Uplay.

Watch Dogs is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Watch Dogs will be free to download from Uplay from November 7th, 2017, at 4:00 PM UTC to November 13th, 2017, at 4:00 PM UTC.
