With the winter settling in, India's mid-range smartphone market is set to heat up more as Honor brings its next offering "7X" for the Indian consumers at an "unbeatable price" in December. The Honor 6X opened the gateway for a range of new affordable dual camera devices, being one itself. It is the successor to Honor 6X which was released back in 2016. It is a lightweight device and contains metal body and reinforced corners. The device will be powered by Kirin 970 processor with 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of onboard storage. For the dual camera setup, the Honor V10 is said to sport a 16-megapixel primary sensor coupled with 20-megapixel secondary sensor.

First things first, the Honor 7X features a 5.93-inch display on the front in Full HD+ resolution. It is expected to be available in 64 GB or 128 GB storage variant.

As for the cameras, the handset will be sporting a 13-megapixel camera at the front. The rear features a fingerprint sensor for quick and secure unlocking. The absence of a USB-C port - the Honor 7X gets microUSB instead - feels backward, and there's no waterproofing either. If you are purchasing a new smartphone, you might want the latest Android 8.0 Oreo update on the phone but you are getting the Android Nougat update. The color options even sound premium with choices between Aurora Blue, Midnight Black, and Platinum Gold.

Sadly, there is no any information about the phone's pricing and its availability.

Rumors have suggested that the Honor V10 would be coming with a starting price of 2,999 Yuan (~$450).

Aside from making it easier to hold and allowing for more content to be displayed on the screen, the 7X has features for easier usability, such as launching into Split-screen mode with the push of a button, letting you run two different, compatible apps side-by-side.
