He would later play 333 rounds of golf during his eight years in office.

During the 2016 presidential campaign, then-candidate Donald Trump told voters that he wouldn't have time for golf if he were elected president.

Because Trump is lying sack of laziness, wrapped in a lie, that is trapped in a mistruth, that is strapped to golf club, he spent Saturday at his Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, which makes this his 81 day playing golf and his fourth day at a club, CNN reports. Nicklaus and Trump have always been mutually supportive.

"I will be heading over to Trump National Golf Club, Jupiter, to play golf (quickly) with Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson", he wrote on Friday.

By comparison, former president George Bush only played 24 rounds of golf during his presidency and stopped playing golf after being criticized for playing while the country was at war, CNN reports. At this point in his presidency, Bush had golfed seven times.

While Trump frequently visits his golf properties, the White House notes that he often takes meetings or does work while there. The billionaire businessman had blasted the former president on how he wasted time, golfing instead of finding solutions to the dogged problems of the United States.

The post followed Donald Trump's claim that "Time Magazine called to say I was PROBABLY going to be named 'Man (Person) of the Year, ' like last year, but I would have to agree to an interview and a major photo shoot".

Mark Knoller of CBS News who keeps detailed statistics of presidencies also confirmed that Trump's first year in office, playing golf had surpassed every US president, living or dead.
