Mental Health Awareness week runs May 8 through May 14 in the United Kingdom, and You Me At Six vocalist Josh Franceschi has shared an important message on Twitter in order to raise awareness for those struggling with mental health issues.

Intervention has always been a buzz term in mental health. Where our mental health is concerned, that means making the choices we need to make to recognize and understand signs and symptoms of mental health concerns, and seeking help as soon as we need it.
