Jon Jones, Daniel Cormier go back and forth over cocaine, 'sandblasting prostitutes'

Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones will rematch at UFC 214 on July 29th from Anaheim, California, for the UFC light-heavyweight title. The title bout was officially announced at UFC's "Summer Kickoff" press conference ahead of tomorrow night's stacked UFC 211. Cormier was forced to pull out of the first rematch when he suffered an injury in camp before UFC 197.

UFC president Dana White has stated he will not book Jones' first comeback fight to a headliner, after he was pulled from UFC 200 previous year due to a doping violation.

That opening salvo set the tone for the latest chapter of a rivalry that has now stretched across several years and five planned iterations of the fight, however things actually got heated before the festivities even began.

The champ Cormier, meanwhile, is coming off a submission win over Anthony Johnson in April. I messed up outside of the Octagon and I got that taken away from me, but the guy's never beaten me.

Jones (22-1) defeated Cormier (19-1) in a light heavyweight title defense in January 2015.

Jones then responded, "I beat you after a weekend of cocaine".

"I'd much rather have my back patted ... than standing in front of a judge again and trying to pretend he's sorry when he's not", Cormier said.

Nonetheless, Jones largely dismissed what Cormier has done in his stead.

At the official announcement of Jones-Cormier 2 Friday, the two light heavyweights almost got into a brawl backstage. I can not wait to get back everything I lost.

The biggest announcement of the show was more weekly UFC fights.

Right before the press conference, Cody Garbrandt posted to social media that he needed a back procedure - not sure what type of procedure, exactly - which puts his UFC 213 fight against T.J. Dillashaw in jeopardy.

The only other fight scheduled for UFC 214 is a featherweight matchup between 13th-ranked Doo Ho Choi (14-2) of South Korea and Andre Fili (16-4), who fights out of Sacramento. Credit should also go to Karolina Kowalkiewicz, who sat beside Jones and just smiled as the craziness unfolded around her. You're some guy that doesn't even fight.
