- QB Aaron Rodgers' 2-yard TD pass to WR Jordy Nelson in the first quarter was the 50th between the duo in the regular season, the second most in team history behind only QB Brett Favre and WR Antonio Freeman (57 TD passes).
Rodgers had the Packers in position to go up 14-0 - and actually did when Rodgers used a free play to hit Randall Cobb on what would have been a 21-yard TD strike - but Davante Adams was flagged for an illegal shift, offsetting the penalty for 12 men on the field the Giants committed.
Beckham's TD came on an acrobatic catch in the back of the end zone with 2:54 remaining in the game.

For the Packers Aaron Rodgers didn't have a sparkling night but with the Giants again unable to generate any semblance of a pass rush the future Hall of Fame quarterback had plenty of time to make throws. I've got to play a lot better, but we've got to execute in the passing game as well as we're doing up front and in the run game.

Coach Ben McAdoo said he believed the Giants were close to breaking out offensively in advance of Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Packers. He caught 9 passes for 108 yards on the night.
